About

I have spent more than 20 years leading technology-driven industrial businesses and organizations.

My experience combines full P&L responsibility, international business leadership and hands-on responsibility for strategy, products, operations and customers.

I am most effective where strategic ambition needs to be translated into concrete execution.

Across VAT, SBB, GE and Alstom, I have developed corporate and business strategies, designed target operating models, built transformation organizations and led complex cross-functional change across businesses and geographies.

My background combines engineering depth with commercial and strategic leadership.

From robotics, sensing and industrial automation to semiconductor equipment and critical infrastructure, I have led technologies from early concepts through industrialization and into commercially relevant applications.

I have worked with data, machine learning and industrial intelligence long before AI became a boardroom topic.

My focus today is not technology for its own sake, but identifying economically relevant use cases, establishing the right governance and turning digital capabilities into measurable operational and commercial value.

Many of my roles have involved situations where business, technology, regulation and stakeholder interests intersect.

I have led international organizations, operated in highly regulated industries and worked with governmental authorities.

This has taught me to navigate complexity without losing focus on decisions and results.
